Frequently asked questions

Is this free for buyers?+

Yes, completely. Submitting a request, seeing matches, comparing providers, and requesting intros costs nothing. Providers pay for qualified leads — that's how we keep the lights on without charging you.

How are providers vetted?+

Every provider applies and is reviewed before listing. We check that the company is real, the services claimed are actually delivered, and the pricing published is honest. Verified badges go further: those providers have had performance claims checked.

Where does the pricing come from?+

Providers publish their own per-seat ranges as a condition of ranking well on the platform. Ranges are estimates — your final quote depends on scope — but they're close enough to know instantly whether a provider fits your budget, before any sales call.

What happens after I request an intro?+

You're connected immediately — the provider receives your request and contact details, and you get a confirmation. Providers commit to responding within one business day as a condition of being listed. If you don't hear back, tell us and we'll chase it — repeat offenders get delisted.

What if I don't like my matches?+

Submit a new request with more detail, or browse and filter the full directory yourself. Matches improve the more specific you are about budget, team size, and languages.

Can I hire through the platform?+

Right now we connect you and you contract directly with the provider. Standardized pilots and contract handling are on the roadmap.

How do providers pay?+

Per qualified lead — no subscription, no listing fee. A qualified lead means a real company with stated budget, team size, and timeline. If it's not qualified, you don't pay.

What's spot capacity?+

Idle trained seats providers make available for short-term or overflow work. If you need a team fast — seasonal spikes, a sudden backlog — spot capacity can deploy in weeks instead of quarters.
